The place was quiet and clean, though the map location was initially wrong but corrected quickly via booking. The only downside was that the only way to reach it from the airport was by car or transfer, and the staff spoke almost no English, but that didn’t matter much.

The staff were friendly and the food tasty, but the house smelled very bad and the fluids and air freshener didn’t help.

Everything was perfect: a great room, close to the main road with all the restaurants, and good value for money. The TV was connected and the room was pretty.

We finally found a quiet spot on our trip, surrounded by oil palm forest and just minutes from the main highway. The price was very reasonable for a large room, and you could park right in front of it. A short drive took us to Saline Hot Springs and Hot Stream Waterfall, both of which we enjoyed. We also dined at the Khlong Thom Sub District Municipal Food Market in the nearby town. The only issues were the barking dogs and crowing roosters, which would make it paradise if removed, and installing insect screens on all windows and doors would be a nice touch.
