“Warm staff and thoughtful service, but outdated rooms, cigarette smell, and inconvenient location”

The staff were generally kind, polite, and attentive; on a rainy day they gave us raincoats and even baked a small cake for a birthday, which was a sweet and memorable touch. However, the first room we checked into had a strong cigarette smell, so we asked for a change; the second room still had a lingering smoke odor and the rooms and facilities felt quite old and dated. The hotel sits on a busy main road but there are very few restaurants within walking distance, so we had to take taxis for most meals and outings. Public transport is inconvenient as it takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station. The breakfast price seemed far too high for what was offered.

Great value for the price, just a short drive from all the main sights and a quick walk to a few shops and restaurants.

The staff tried to help me as best as they could despite their limited English; the breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and high quality. Top.

Zarezerwowaliśmy pobyt dla 4 osób i taki mieliśmy pokój przy rezerwowaniu wybraliśmy opcję dodatkowej kolacji i za nią zaplaciliśmy z góry - Niestety gdy poszliśmy na kolację okazalo sie, że kolacja jest tylko dla 2 osób a wykupiliśmy przecież dla calego pokoju czyli dla 4 osob. Dyskusja w recepcji nic nie dala Zdecydowanie na minus ponieważ czuliśmy sie oszukani
