The hosts were incredibly friendly and caring, making the stay super! They prepared and served us different breakfasts each day right at our table.

“Fantastic ski-in/ ski out lodge, out-of-this world service”

The place is in a fantastic spot, literally ski‑in‑ski‑out, and it offers an authentic Japanese feel. What really stood out were the hosts and the service they delivered. When we left a piece of luggage behind, the host arranged for it to be sent to my airport hotel, paid for the delivery himself, and I only had to do a simple bank transfer. As a tourist in Japan, I couldn’t have managed that on my own, and his help was priceless. It beats every other accommodation I’ve ever experienced worldwide. Dōmo arigatō!

“A special stay in the most special town.”

Staying here was a unique experience. Naga and his family created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location is truly ski‑in, ski‑out, and breakfast is a great bonus. The beds, comforters, and pillows were incredibly comfortable. A short walk leads to a public onsen. It’s very family‑friendly—if you have little ones, don’t hesitate to stay.
