The location was convenient for coming and going, the cleanliness was excellent, and the service was wonderful with great attention—nothing to complain about; the only downside was only four cable channels, which didn’t work well, and the limited open‑air channels.

I had to boil it down to one word: Everything. Sandro and his crew literally SAVED my exam. I booked this stay to take a test in S.A of Pádua, but being from Rio, it was a long drive to finish it in one day. The test got postponed indefinitely, and I couldn't change the date or cancel the room. I reached out to the staff there, and they responded immediately, reassuring me about a solution. I managed to arrive, was greeted warmly, and the room was gorgeous, fragrant, cozy, and even spacious—there are "whole apartments" that are smaller than this room, the bathroom is huge, and the little balcony is a delight for passing time. I also had breakfast the next day, which was super fancy, beautifully presented, and tasty! When I checked out, I needed a place to leave my backpack so I could put my helmet in the motorcycle trunk at the test venue; I was willing to pay for a "locker," and the team promptly offered to help again. I can't find words to express my gratitude. I didn't like leaving.

The service, the way we were welcomed and settled, the attention received, and the responsiveness to our needs were all positive. The bathrooms are bright, clean, and airy. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The air conditioning units are new, and a water dispenser is available. The photos of the accommodation don't show that you have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the reception, which makes access difficult. The "lower floor rooms" that don't require a staircase are far from the main rooms (we traveled as a family) and have a different entrance. The entrance to the "lower floor rooms" needs attention and improvement. The mattresses with a slatted base can be an issue for taller people, as was our case. The lower floor rooms lack access to the water dispenser (water purifier).

“Local Honesto, com preço justo e atendimento cordial.”

The cost‑benefit ratio is very fair. We used it for an overnight stay, since we would continue on the road the next day. The staff who attended us were very courteous, breakfast was fair, the room was clean and honest for what we needed. The entrance has a steep staircase; carrying luggage, opening the door, and climbing is not an easy task. It's not recommended for people with limited mobility. Behind the hotel is a bar where we heard loud music during the early morning, which was a bit annoying.
