There was nothing to mention, but it was unclean, uncomfortable, and smelled bad.

It’s not even a hotel, no hotel service or deal. The price doesn’t even justify half the cost.

The only redeeming factor was the location, close to where we needed to be, yet I still wouldn’t book here again. When I arrived, the reception was empty for about 10 minutes, a clear warning sign. I had booked a double room and a two‑bedroom suite, but the suite lacked a telephone entirely; despite repeated requests, no phone was installed, which is a serious safety issue for my wheelchair‑using father with multiple health conditions. We had to go down to the 6th floor or have staff come to our room to call reception. Towels were missing even after we asked; after several trips down, only one towel appeared. No hairdryer was provided despite multiple requests. The hall air‑conditioning was off, making it swelteringly hot. The toilets were old, the elevators tiny—just enough for one wheelchair—and they failed repeatedly, forcing us to use stairs from the 6th floor. Staff seemed indifferent to all of this. It’s a health and safety risk from the start, and I’m utterly disappointed; I will never book here again.

The hotel’s location and especially the staff, notably the lady at reception, were the best parts and truly deserved praise. Some rooms could use a bit more attention.
