The hotel sits right next to a shopping mall, great for shopping, but it looks nothing like the photos or the description— the pool is closed, the location is over the mall, the balconies only face the roofs of the houses, there’s no direct access to the beach, only marshes, and the beach is 5 km away. There’s no kettle, and the mineral water in the room is only for the welcome drink and isn’t refilled during housekeeping. The building is already old.

The rooms are huge, especially the bathrooms, everything is spotless, and the buffet breakfast is excellent, very varied and plentiful, with constant restocking. The room views are beautiful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and efficient—big thanks to Alfonso at reception for his trust and great service. Being next to the shopping mall made dinner choices easy, and the proximity to the train lets you move around without a car, parking is free and plentiful right outside the hotel. I highly recommend it, and honestly, everything was great.

The location is good, but the room doors need to be replaced—every time someone closes the door it slams shut, which is annoying at 7 am. Also, when two buses and nighttime parties arrive, it becomes very disruptive; next time I’ll check beforehand if there are any “excursions.”

It’s close to the train station and you don’t need a car to reach Cadiz or the surrounding areas; it’s next to the shopping mall and all is fine. The air conditioning didn’t work, though.

La limpieza, habitaciones muy amplias y bonitas, nuevo, limpieza absoluta, no faltaba nada , ubicación de excelente, el personal del hotel muy amable, el desayuno genial todo muy rico y mucho donde elegir, asesoramiento
