The breakfast was varied and good, but the apartment had many issues: the bidet water wouldn’t come out, the shower had a curtain but no box, the mattress and bed frame were very old. Overall, a lot of things need fixing, especially considering the price we paid.

Posizione della struttura ottima e riparata, vicino alle più belle spiagge della riviera salentina. Gli alloggi sono semplici ma puliti e dotati dell'essenziale per poter cucinare. Alloggi climatizzati. Presente lavatrice comune all'esterno. Cortesia dei proprietari al top per farti sentire come a casa. Colazione fantastica a Km0. In generale mi è piaciuto tutto. Come consiglio sarebbe stato utile aggiungere al Kit in ingresso anche dei prodotti da bagno

The owners were friendly and the place has huge potential, but that potential isn’t realized. The house needs better décor: the kitchen sink height is off, the bathroom window latch should be replaced, there are some settling cracks and cobwebs. Remove the curtain at the entrance and replace it with a mosquito net. In the garden, ditch the pots and plant cicas, clear the clutter, revive the playground. Also stop the flickering lights at the entrance – it’s not Christmas. Breakfast and the dining area deserve praise, and if the quality extended to everything else, the place would thrive.
