The location was fine, but the bathroom was filthy with poop, the shower head was mis‑mounted and fell on my head, and the reservation was for three people yet there was only one towel—no hand towels, and I had to ask the reception for more. The reception staff were very unhelpful, and a cup and a glass were dirty with no body soap or shampoo. At breakfast I found a piece of aluminum foil; when I first reported the dirty bathroom, they asked for a photo, which I didn’t take because I only went into the bathroom once. I didn’t report the other issues. The overall experience was very disappointing, especially since the parking had no security and my car was left alone and very risky.

The breakfast was the only thing offered, but the parking flooded and I couldn’t park my car; it stayed outside. I didn’t like the double room being set up with single beds, even though I paid less for better rooms, unfortunately it was my only option. The bill took a long time to send.

The hotel sits on the main street of Toluca’s entrance, yet the road noise is not heard; the bed is good, and the spaces are sufficient. It felt too lonely, with little staff, and I didn’t feel very safe, though it’s okay. The bathroom smelled like drainage, and only by putting a towel in the linen cupboard did the odor stop. The old towels were still present even though the reception mentioned them. The hot water never reached a sufficient temperature, even if left running for a long time, which feels environmentally unfriendly.
