The bathtub was huge. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at check‑in time.

There was no afternoon tea, housekeeping didn’t follow a standard SOP (supplies for extensions varied), the bikes lacked rear mirrors, the price was high, front‑desk staff gave incomplete introductions, and some guests received friendly service while we were left to find our own way without any SOP. The changing room on the sixth floor had a basic dehydration unit that could be upgraded.
