We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Montgomery, Alabama; from arrival onward the staff made us feel welcomed, greeting us with smiles and genuine kindness whether we were checking in, asking questions, or just walking past in the hallway, and the overall customer service was exceptional. A feature we especially valued was the guest laundry, which proved incredibly useful during our road trip.

It was the worst hotel experience ever… they first gave me a room that wasn’t clean and I think someone had been in it, and the service was terrible.

The hotel’s spot is great and the rooms stay spotless, but the breakfast isn’t part of the rate.
