“Wonderful stay. Very relaxing.”

The location of Salisbury Guest House is fantastic. It's only a 5 minute walk and you are right on the main high street in Keswick. The accommodation was lovely and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The owners are very friendly and on our departure they gave us some home made cake to take away with us. We could not fault our stay here and will definitely be returning. There was nothing to fault

“Super short stay, thank you”

Matt gave us a very friendly welcome, helped with our case and our wee dog's bags, and explained everything about breakfast, bits about the local area and showed us our room. He also told us the quickest way to the park for our dog and to the town. The information book in the room was really interesting and clearly a lot of research done for visitor benefit. Our breakfast from Paul was tasty and hot and the homemade cake was delicious, thank you. Street parking was fine and free; we could see the car from our bedroom window. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Keswick or as a base for somewhere nearby. Really well thought through for their visitors and I'm sure they would help with anything needed. Only the weather! I can't think of anything we didn't like - there was even a tray for wet/dirty shoes in the room or you could leave wet coats and boots downstairs. Other guests were really friendly too, especially an American couple who were enjoying themselves despite the rain.
