“Try the Forum if you are heading to OC NJ”
The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Ocean City, New Jersey, which was a nice surprise. However, their strict no-refund policy was a drawback, especially when a storm was forecasted and we had to leave a night early due to safety concerns.
The staff, particularly Justin and the housekeeper, were exceptional in their customer service, showing professionalism and a positive attitude that made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated Justin's help with the price, which allowed me to extend my stay. My only wish was for a coffee pot in the room and the opportunity to stay a bit longer.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's fantastic location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, my stay was slightly marred by the extremely uncomfortable pillows, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
