The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well air‑conditioned, and the location is ideal, yet there is a damp smell in the common areas and the room feels a bit unpleasant.

The staff really stood out, but the property feels more like a two‑star hotel than a three‑star one; I've stayed in higher‑standard two‑star places that offered more comfort. The room accessories are the cheapest I've seen, and the rooms are the tiniest, making the price feel very poor.

The hotel team is great, and they provide both bottled and tap water, with or without gas, for guests; the location is very close to the metro, and there are excellent restaurants and cafés nearby.

The staff are friendly and the comfort is good.
