Every time we head to Bali we head back here; the rooms are roomy, modern and spotlessly clean, and they’ve got everything you’d need whether you’re staying a few days or a bit longer. The pool area is amazing, the surroundings are quiet, and even if you don’t own a bike you can walk easily to the cafés nearby.

The staff were genuinely kind, friendly and responsive throughout our stay, and the room was cleaned regularly. The area itself remains peaceful but there is all you need around – mini market, scooter rental, cafés and even workout classes across the street. I specifically chose this property because it is advertised as Adults Only. During two nights of our stay, guests with children were accommodated in the room next to ours. The property later explained that “there may be rare occasions where guests with children are present.” I deducted one star for each of those two nights. If a property is “Adults Only”, guests should be able to rely on that promise without exceptions. If exceptions exist, they should be clearly disclosed before booking, so guests can make an informed decision.
