“Морско преживяване.”
It’s located in a convenient spot near Kabakum beach, Saint Constantine and Elena. The convenience and friendly attitude are great. The place is a bit far and steep.
It’s a wonderful place to relax! The house is clean, cozy, and well maintained, and the host is extremely kind and responsive. We had a great time and would definitely visit again. I recommend it wholeheartedly!
“Не бих препоръчала мястото на приятелите си”
The host was very kind. We chose a room with a garden. The door wouldn’t open upward, and the shutters couldn’t be lowered with the door open; there was no mosquito net—so it was like sleeping in the yard. I missed a mirror in the room. There were no contacts near the bed and in the bathroom.
They left us an apple and a bottle each, the room has a small terrace and a place to hang clothes, good views from the top floor, it had a wardrobe and fridge, and they offered coffee if we wanted. At the building entrance there’s water to refill bottles. It’s close to the beaches, especially for going down, but the return requires a steep climb up many stairs. The shower is typical Bulgarian. The third floor has no elevator, the room is very small, the bathroom tiny and the pillows are very high. We were assigned the third floor without an elevator and the spiral stairs. They asked for a 50 € deposit that we hadn’t read about; it wasn’t a problem, but the bad part was that check‑in was from 7 to 10 am. We were leaving after 9 am and they showed up at 10 am, which was typical because something unexpected happened… and we had to wait for the deposit refund, which I find absurd to ask for when there’s nothing to value.
“Great location, great price”
The guest house has a great location with nearby parking (10 € per day). The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, the AC worked and was well maintained. Sometimes the doors can be noisy when guests or staff move around.
