“Für meinen Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise nach Plovdiv perfekt”

Because I was on a long bike tour, the hotel was perfectly positioned on my route. My room on the first floor had a balcony offering a wonderful view of the mountains, though street noise was loud from there. The hotel didn’t offer a discount for that, so I didn’t leave a negative rating. The windows were well insulated, allowing me to sleep comfortably. The shower lacked a partition – you have to watch so you don’t splash the toilet – but that seems common in many other hotels. Other cyclists have reported similar shower setups. Whether that is a negative or a positive is up to each guest; some might appreciate the extra space. A restaurant with a lovely courtyard was available, which suited me perfectly. I started the day leisurely after lunch. I’m not sure if there are parking spots for cars, as I arrived by bike, but a good solution was provided for that.

The food at the restaurant was good. There is no parking.

The hotel was really clean and well-maintained, which was great - but it was also pretty expensive. I guess you get what you pay for, but it felt a bit overpriced for what we got. Still, it was a good experience overall.

I got a bigger room than I booked, but it was a total bummer because of where it was located - made for a pretty unpleasant experience overall.
