The staff is also very accommodating, particularly during check-in
the hotel itself was spotless

“Would not stay here again”
The spot is great and checking in was a breeze, but when I tried to shower the water was so hot I couldn't get in; I told the staff and they said maintenance would be sent, but no room change was offered. At checkout they added surprise fees on top of what I had already paid through the site.
“We felt very safe and cozy here- it was a perfect neighborhood feel.”
The location is solid, just a short walk to Wrigley Field, close to the train station and plenty of food, and there's a Target right on the corner for essentials. The room turned out smaller than I thought and I missed having a window that didn't face a brick wall.
It’s super close to Wrigley Field, but the room we booked had a separate private bathroom, so for over $200 it feels a bit pricey.
“Clean, safe, with great location”
The location was great, the room had a private bathroom, and it was clean and safe. The building’s kitchen was handy for a coffee, and the shower was awesome. We could have used a small refrigerator to bring breakfast items, and a small chair would have helped since we had to sit on the very low bed for everything. Signage pointing to the kitchen would have been useful because it wasn’t indicated. A safety issue: the first step out of the foyer had a black floor that made the step hard to see; it should be painted or marked with yellow tape for visibility.
The location to Wrigley Field is outstanding! Easy walking.for a Cubs game. The check out process is very tricky and can be confusing! We had to pre-pay before coming to secure the room, which was totally fine! But at check out last Thursday they emailed me the check out procedure and were asking dfor payment again! Of course i didn't pay 2x, but i emailed them asap Thursday and yet to get response back as of now Monday AM
