The location was great, but unfortunately, that was about the only positive thing I can say about this place.

Very friendly and helpful staff, generous breakfast, 20 bicycles on site for rent, very quiet at night, parking on the courtyard, air‑conditioning also quiet. Only a tight spiral staircase to the lower back rooms, only a small window in the room, the breakfast was always the same, no dining in the building.

Nice and simple rooms with everything you need. Check‑in went smoothly and the breakfast was delicious. Gorgeous view over the Amsterdamse Bos and the Nieuwe Meer. Highly recommended!

I would never book this place again! The rooms are rundown and dirty, with black mold in the bathroom, broken outlets and doors that weren't fixed. The air smells bad, the windows won't open, and the AC blows out old air and shows a filter change is needed, but it wasn't done. I asked the front desk to clean the room and remove the mold, but they ignored me. I reached out to Booking's customer service multiple times and never got a response or any compensation.
Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well maintained room. The closest transport link to Amsterdam Centraal is a bus stop a mile away, but it was a nice walk.
Location by the canal and more. Relatively expensive for what’s offered. The surroundings feel a bit bleak.
