The receptionist and staff were really nice, and I liked the place because of their dedication. The location was convenient thanks to a 7‑Eleven, a pharmacy, and a market nearby. The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable for the price, which was good. The photos on the website looked prettier, it was a little confusing at first, but it wasn’t a big deal by the end of our trip.

It’s a good value, great spot next to a 7‑11 and a market, friendly staff, parking available, the entrance is front and back, the stairs aren’t too steep for a 3‑floor building, and they provide bottled water, glasses, soap, shampoo, earplugs, and towels. The water‑heater didn’t warm up, the room wasn’t quiet, and a 300‑baht cash deposit was required but wasn’t mentioned in the app beforehand.

WiFi was fine, the location was near a water park, and the staff were friendly. The property had a bad smell and was really noisy because it’s on the main road.
