“I’m waiting for someone to call me to explain now been 24 hours and NOTHING No customer service”
We couldn’t really say it was a good stay because the room was nothing like we expected: small, with beds pushed against the walls, a dark and extremely old‑fashioned bathroom. We asked for another twin room, but none were available. I was shocked to find the room I thought I’d booked on the website looking nothing like the real thing, so we didn’t stay. From the start, we couldn’t get into the gates, had to park the car away from the main house (a chap helped us with our bags), and then waited at least 25/30 minutes to check in only to find the room was terrible—an awful experience.
