“Great stay in the heart of Shibuya!”
We stayed at Shibuya Stream Hotel for 5 nights at the start of our Japan trip, and it was a wonderful experience. Finding the entrance the first time was a bit tricky, but once we got oriented the location was absolutely incredible—super convenient for exploring the city and getting around. One of our favorite features was the fantastic selection of amenities at reception; picking up facial sheet masks and cooling leg sheets after a long day of walking was such a thoughtful touch! The staff was consistently friendly, polite, and eager to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again! The only downside was that it was a little tricky to locate when arriving for the first time.
