The room and hotel are very, very pretty, but I didn’t like that the jacuzzi seemed unusable—when I tried to use it it came out dirty, the water turned into a mess, and it was impossible to use; it would be better if someone knew how to clean it properly. Also, for a 20‑minute late departure they charged 500 pesos, which feels excessive and feels like a theft.

The location is very good, close to iconic spots in the historic center; the room is spacious, clean, with warm and modern décor, and the hotel interior is generally beautiful and well‑ambience. The reception offers fruit to taste, and outside the room there’s a living area with a fruit bowl of complimentary apples. The minibar in the room includes drinks and some sweets already included. Overall, they make the stay very pleasant. I would only add a buffet breakfast.

The location is great, but the reception staff and waiters are 10.

The pillows were fine, but I would not stay here. I recommend finding another option. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I think it’s important to warn other travelers because our experience was really bad, especially since when a problem arose no one took responsibility or offered a solution. Throughout our stay we had no internet; we reported it at reception and it was never fixed. The bathroom towels were dirty, the hotel looked neglected and unclean, and the elevator had a horrible, unpleasant, and persistent smell. The worst part: the rooms were never cleaned during our stay. The rooms are extremely small and, from my experience, do not match the expectations set when booking nor the price paid. They also offer to pay a little extra to supposedly “upgrade your experience.” We did that, and honestly there was no better experience to justify the extra cost. The most frustrating part is the service. When you complain or ask for a fix, the answers are basically: “I can’t do anything,” “that’s not what they told me,” “I don’t handle that,” or “I don’t have that information.” The solution? They give you a card to send a message with your complaint, and that’s it. The problem remains exactly the same. We didn’t expect extraordinary luxury; we expected basic things we paid for: a clean room, clean towels, working internet, respect for what was promised, and staff capable of solving a problem. None of that happened. If you’re thinking about booking here, think twice. Things can fail in any hotel; what’s truly concerning is that several fail and when you report them, no one can or wants to give you a solution. I definitely would not return or recommend it.
