We especially want to thank the staff, especially Younes, the general manager, and Sofiane at reception, for their great listening and exemplary professionalism. A few days before our arrival we had confirmed connecting rooms because we were 2 adults and 3 children. Unfortunately, nothing had been arranged as agreed. Despite this disappointment, a solution was offered the next day thanks to their responsiveness, listening, and involvement. Many thanks to Younes and Sofiane for taking our situation seriously and finding an appropriate solution. Their professionalism and kindness truly saved our stay in Mogador. Thank you again! The difficulty of getting a connecting room was a negative.
