“Facile, veloce, vicino a tutto”
I stayed during the hottest summer peak; even with 40 °C, a fan made it bearable, though it’s much nicer in normal seasons. For newcomers unfamiliar with the area, the place is easy to find near the Puccini foundation. The week after, hoping to find a better spot because they advertised “air conditioning,” I ruined my holiday at a sparse, off‑internet location. In comparison, I have good memories of this apartment that hosted me for the festival opening. The whole house felt like ours, and the lady on the phone was always kind despite my agitation. Thanks.

Sandra deserves kudos for the cozy nest she set up for guests: clean, tidy, and welcoming – a real hug. The bed was comfy, the shower spacious and nice. The spot is quiet, perfect as a base for exploring the area, especially the Massaciuccoli Lake oasis. Highly recommend, thanks. Luca & Iva
