The whole stay was excellent – food, staff, cleanliness. The only minor issue was that my room was dusty, especially the floor, so I had to call reception and get it cleaned on the day of check‑in. Otherwise everything was excellent.

“Memorable, worth it. but felt sluggish at times.”

The pool, beach and elevator were generally very clean, organized and comfortable. The air conditioning and TV in the room, along with amenities like water, tea, and coffee, were very pleasing. Most staff were very friendly beyond expectation, room upgrades and discounts were common, especially on low‑volume days, which was a kind, not‑required treat to guests. One staff member had a huge attitude, but I won’t name them since they didn’t cause any inconvenience during this stay, except for the last. The room came with one large bed instead of the three twin beds requested for the three people checking in, and missing room necessities like dental kits, flippers, and showering equipment. Lack of prayer mats was also very inconvenient. The biggest annoyance, although arguably understandable, was that delivery drivers were not allowed up. Having an employee take them up (if orders were already paid) would fix this. I think they need a website with clear rules about guests and other stuff like costs for day passes for guests.

It was actually perfect, and the view is spectacular! Nothing else, honey. It’s perfect, just I wish the breakfast had more options.
