Manzoor and his staff bend over backwards to cater to their guests needs.I am so sad to leave as they all make you feel like family.Chachoo palace has on of the best locations in shrinigar I really enjoyed sitting in the garden area watching the lakeside life and activities while eating the very tasty food on offer I enjoyed the food so much i ate all my meals in shrinigsr at chachoo palace. Of all theplaces i have stayed at in 42 years of travel and 150 countries chachoo palace ranks in the top 3 I cant wait to come back. Absilutely nothing

The service and room were quite good. The staff were friendly. We had one breakfast from them. It was horrible!

“good place!”

good staff service, it is a very quiet place for rest & holiday, it is nearby the lakeside & has a very good view. staff helped to arrange transport to Sonamarg & palhagam which is very convenient for us. the location is a bit out of town but this is the place i love most, quiet, not much noise like in town area. staff is very helpful & environment is peace & beautiful

“JOLI PETIT HOTEL AU BORD DU CANAL.”

Joli petit hotel avec un jardin au bord du canal et loin du bruit de la ville. Tout était très propre. Chambre au 1er donnant sur un balcon avec tables et chaises. Ubaid le jeune homme qui s'occupe de cet hôtel est souriant, agréable, serviable et d'une grande disponibilité. Il s'est occupé de me réserver le Tuk-Tuk à la journée, le taxi pour aéroport, le Shikara pour la balade sur le lac, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le jardin est très agréable pour un moment de détente. Merci pour la confiture de figues. Suggestion : mettre 1 tablette dans la salle bain pour poser trousse toilette
