The location was excellent, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the room was large with bedding, bath linens, and hygiene products. The room I stayed in got afternoon sun and got very hot at night. The air‑conditioner was weak and couldn't cool the room. Curtains with blackout were missing.

The proximity to Denize was great; the beach was about a two‑minute walk. It was quiet in the evenings. The balcony on the upper floor was nice. The cleaning staff were friendly. I had requested a balcony room three times during booking and was told the hotel would take care of it, but when I arrived I was given a room on the lower floor without a balcony. They said that if we stayed one night there, the next day we would be moved to the upper floor. When I asked the next day, they told me we had to stay another night on the lower floor. After two nights on the lower floor, on the third day they moved us to the upper floor. The lower‑floor rooms received no natural light and it was hard to tell day from night. They were very stuffy and damp. The room was infested with bedbugs everywhere and the walls were constantly moldy. The upper‑floor room was nice, but the toilet was located outside the room in the corridor. It was impossible to find a staff member outside certain hours. In reality, this was more of a boarding house than a hotel. For this price, I stayed at better hotels that were also very close to the beach.

The location was solid in a lively area of Ao Nang. The front desk lady was friendly. The room was very clean and had all the amenities.
