“Never go to there.”

The front desk staff were incredibly rude; she rang the bell at 11:30 and began scolding us, insisting we would be charged for a late checkout, even though I had asked only for a 15‑minute delay and we actually checked out at exactly 12:15 pm. On top of that, there were numerous bed bugs that bit me all night, and even after five days I still have marks on my shoulder and arms. I couldn’t sleep at all, and the overall hygiene was terrible.

“Terrible”

I was initially pleased with the hotel's off-the-beaten-path location, but my excitement was short-lived as I was given a room in deplorable condition. The creaking bed made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the non-functional fan only added to the discomfort. It's a shame that such a lovely location was marred by subpar accommodations.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the extremely unfriendly staff, who charged me an exorbitant amount of 400 rupees for checking out 30 minutes late. The staff's behavior was not only unwelcoming but also rude, making my overall experience a disappointing one.

While the hotel's location was a major plus, my stay was plagued by a series of issues, including dirty rooms that were not cleaned despite my repeated requests. The fridge was also not working, and I had to inform the staff and help desk multiple times over the course of three days before giving up. To make matters worse, the lift had been out of order for four days, forcing me to take a room on the first floor.
