“Unmanned accommodation”
Room was clean. Arrived after a hectic day in hospital. Couldn't get into the accommodation. Rang the number, knocked at the door, no answer! Eventually knocked on a guests window who let us in. Kept ringing the number and someone at last answered. She told us our room but then we couldn't get in after keying the code. The girl on the phone didn't know how it worked so she had to ring someone else to find out. We eventually got into the room. The next morning even workmen couldn't get in. There was no staff on when we left. The place is totally unmanned. We rang the Wakefield Limes number to complain but they didn't want to know. Will not be staying here again! We booked the room for two people it was set up for one person. One towel, one packet of biscuits! Another example of it being left to run itself!
