The staff were very polite, and the hotel sits right next to the mart, which is convenient. The food was also delicious, but the guy who makes the omelette was not friendly at all—no smile at all. Breakfast options were limited, and the air conditioner didn’t work well.

This place is super convenient for heading to the Mentawais, right by the port. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and they even do laundry. Breakfast was okay. However, I had some issues - the pillow sheets weren't clean and the sink water smelled pretty bad, which made me uneasy about showering and brushing my teeth.

The location and staff were really nice. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a pretty bad sewage smell, especially in the shower, and the bed had a weird smell too. Oh, and there's no windows in the room.
