“Perfect place to stay”

Everything was perfect! I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always very, very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for better service. Great location too. I highly recommend this place to stay and I will be back again and again.

“Excellent Service and Outstanding Cleanliness.”

The service was excellent and the cleanliness outstanding, but I heard loud conversations from a neighboring room on one of the three nights I stayed.

“The price was too high for the overall experience.”

When I first arrived the host was professional, but after my card declined he started treating me differently; the card issue was fixed on my end, yet his behavior never quite returned to normal. I was unhappy with the dirty sheets on my bed when I first checked it before sleeping the first night, and I didn’t appreciate having to change them myself because the attendant said he doesn’t change bed sheets. He did, however, escort me to the laundry room where he handed me replacement sheets and pillow cases so I could change them myself. Mostly, I was annoyed that the room cost $109.00 per night for this level of service, a price I could have avoided by staying at a cheaper place.

“Good location friendly staff clean hotel”

The place was spotless and sits right next to the ITHINK Financial Amphitheater.

The staff were amazing, the bed was super comfy, and it’s a very nice place to stay if you’re coming from out of town to the ITHINK Amphitheater.
