The staff were nice. The city tour arranged by the hotel was terrible. The room was small, the pool was small, and there was no sauna.

The place was gorgeous, the scent everywhere was lovely, everything was spotless, the staff were super friendly, and I’d definitely recommend it.

“We enjoyed ourselves, but would look elsewhere if we return to Marrekech.”

The staff were great, the location was spot on, and the overall facilities were top‑class, but the mattress was terrible—way past its prime, it collapsed and left a dent in the bed. For almost 200 € a night, the Wi‑Fi was only mediocre and sometimes laggy, the room felt cramped, and the shower had no door or curtain, so water splashed onto the floor and I had to mop it with a towel.

The location was ultra‑central, easily reachable from a main street that’s always busy, and the staff were kind and helpful.

“An extraordinary hotel and experience”

The hotel was stunningly beautiful, right in the most special part of the Medina, and the staff were outstanding in every way—I can’t recommend it enough. Everything else was excellent: the breakfast was gorgeous and we could leave some luggage there after our desert trip.
