We loved the hotel; everything was lovely, the place was very well situated, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

The best part was the location, a quiet area just a few minutes on foot from the Poblado metro station and Provenza street. The breakfast staff were very helpful and the breakfast itself was complete. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was under renovation for three years, as the receptionist mentioned, and it would have been nice to know that beforehand so you could decide whether to stay in a hotel in the middle of renovations. The cleanliness suffered because of this.

The owner was very nice and helpful with everything. The location was also good. The Wi‑Fi was an issue; there were problems with the internet connection in the room.
