It was a wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend it! Everything was in order at the property, the rooms and common areas were clean, the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and gave us a welcoming reception. I would especially highlight the food: it was very tasty and we enjoyed every meal. We will definitely come back.

The property is on a large area. There was a possibility to do larger fishing nets. The wellness section was very pleasing, we could use it until 23:00. The food was plentiful and tasty. The mosquito repellent was not good and the butterflies came in.

Great value for money. The thermal pool is open until 11 PM, which was fantastic. The half-board option was really good, especially the dinners. Our child had a lot of fun fishing and enjoyed the water slide. Dont expect a 5 star resort. For 3 stars it is very good. In the afternoon it was difficult to find a proper meal, and only a few staff members spoke English, which made communication challenging. We were also charged more than the price listed on the board at the entrance (10,000 HUF for children’s fishing for 2 days). I saw that for kids were supposed to pay 1500 huf - maybe i was wrong ) On the second day, we placed our meal order two hours in advance, but not everything was delivered. We were told the missing items would be refunded at checkout, but I did not see this adjustment on the final bill

I liked the whole building, especially the fact that it’s square, huge, beautiful, and has a sunny courtyard with tables, chairs, and statues. The single‑story building even has a lift! The hotel sits in a massive, well‑maintained area. I enjoyed the live animals and the lively creatures on the grassy parts. The service was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The thermal water has a fountain and is excellent; they change the water on Wednesdays. The only downside is that children can’t enter the thermal water unless they’re over 14 and have a medical recommendation. Many kids were jumping and splashing there. It’s true that the outdoor large pool was cold, and the rooms have little light.
