We loved everything! There was nothing to say about the accommodation! We were treated very well by all the staff, the facilities were always clean, the food was delicious, everything was flawless! I liked everything!!!

Kindness and availability of the staff, a luxury resort for South Africa, spacious and clean areas, the option for a take‑away breakfast with a thermal bag if you go to Kruger. The jacuzzi was not working.

Exceptional service from start to finish. From helping with our luggage to checking on us during meals, the staff genuinely cared about every detail and our experience. I’ve stayed at much more expensive hotels, but rarely experienced service this warm and attentive. Truly appreciated!

I liked the staff treatment and especially Sharon, she went out of her way to plan my mother’s birthday surprise, it was really heartwarming. We were just disappointed by the weather but the view and the place was great.
