The hosts were friendly and kind, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was pleasant; the overall vibe was good. Nothing to complain about.

I’m at a loss for words to describe this place! It was our fourth stop on a motorcycle trip across Romania and so far the best. From the moment we entered we were greeted by the hosts, and we could park our bikes under the roof. A glass of palinka was offered as a welcome. The owner, a wonderful woman, was courteous, smiling, and spoke English fluently. Inside, everything was spotless and fragrant. The rooms had balconies, air conditioning, and a fridge. The bathroom came with toiletries and even disposable slippers. The breakfast was superb—fresh, high‑quality ingredients, and delicious coffee, all served by the owner herself. Staying here was pure pleasure. I already have plans to return to Romania with my wife and child, and if we’re staying near the Transalpina, it’s only here! I wholeheartedly recommend it with a clear conscience and from the heart.
