I had a wonderful experience at the resort. The overall stay was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and cooperative. Special thanks to Pramila at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, polite, and supportive throughout our stay. The hospitality and service were great, and the overall experience was one of the best. I would definitely recommend this resort and would love to visit again!. One area that could be improved is the swimming pool. The water was extremely cold as the pool is not temperature-controlled, which made it difficult to enjoy, especially in cooler weather. I would suggest having a temperature-controlled or heated pool for a more comfortable experience
