The location was fine, but there was no maintenance, no cleanliness, the staff didn’t care about customers, promised facilities weren’t delivered, breakfast wasn’t provided, toiletries were missing until the next day, and no towel was given. The towel I finally received was old, discolored, and smelled like a floor‑cleaning cloth. I was shocked that this place had a good rating on the app. For the breakfast that was supposed to be included, they sent me to an outside restaurant and then refused to give me breakfast, claiming it wasn’t in my package even after I showed the bill. They kept making calls and arguing, wasting time until almost 10 am. I left and ate at a nearby restaurant because I needed breakfast, not lunch. The reception was non‑existent and the front area looked like a warehouse. This facility should be removed immediately for non‑compliance.
