“Fairly pleasant”
Nice room, very modern but cramped and hard to move around for several nights. The pool is nice if you can snag a lounger nearby. The shuttle to the beach club works, yet the club is pricey and hard to book. On arrival we asked reception to reserve a beach club bed, but they said no availability for the 8 days we stayed. We then went to the pool and no beds were free. Many people had booked beds and stayed all day while the hotel didn’t check. Large groups of Israeli tourists were extremely loud by the pool—kids screaming, etc. The staff scolded them, but they kept going and were loud when returning each night. They even showed up at the beach club and took over the whole place. Food and drinks at the hotel are very expensive, so we ended up eating out daily. It felt overpriced and a shame because we’d liked to use it more. It’s a pleasant hotel but a few things could improve it. Some terrible music played all day at the pool, which was a bit annoying. You can’t really walk anywhere from the hotel, so double‑check the location—we had to take taxis everywhere.
