It’s a pub. The staff were moody and grumpy, except for the pregnant lady who was friendly. When we got back from our event, the pass code worked but the staff member locked the door from the inside, blamed us, and was rude. We also think it’s stupid that hotel guests should pay for parking – unnecessary profiteering.

The venue was pleasant, and the three girls at the marquee bar were friendly and nice, even serving breakfast. The reception guy was dull, seemed uninterested, and his attitude was off-putting—disappointing for such a lovely place.

The place was breathtaking, the wedding party room was gorgeous, and the staff were quiet yet friendly. The slope between the bar/venue room and the toilet area was extremely slippery.

My car was only registered for 1night yet we stayed 2 so now apparently we will have a fine .How disgusting
