The property sits just outside Siniscola and is a 5‑minute drive from La Caletta, the seaside town. Our room was immaculate and exactly what we needed. The outdoor areas are very charming and well maintained. Parking is convenient right in front of the hotel, and the restaurant next to the BB club is great for guests—no need to think about dinner after a day at the beach. Eros and Roberta were exceptionally helpful and empathetic, making us feel truly welcomed. Thanks!

“Prachtige kamer met heerlijk bad en gehorige bovenburen.”

We booked the jacuzzi room, and it was absolutely wonderful. The spacious room featured a large bathroom, a modern feel, and a warm welcome from the hosts. The restaurant right beside it offered an extensive Italian menu and pizza. The only downside was the noise from neighboring rooms and the upstairs guests, where every footstep could be heard.

The room was beautiful and roomy, with a large fridge and a spacious bathroom. There’s also a seating area outside that includes a hammock.

Everything was perfect, and the welcome from Eros and Roberta was fantastic! The large room had very comfortable and clean beds, and the new bathroom was lovely and well‑equipped. The location was very convenient, the décor gorgeous, and the common areas were well planned with everything needed. I recommend it 200 %—thanks for everything. Nothing to complain about 😁

Breakfast was packaged and not very healthy, with no option for a savory spread. I would prefer something homemade and more authentic.
