The place is superbly located near the historic centre, bus stops for moving in and out of Cagliari, and 5 minutes from the train station. The Wi‑Fi could be better; depending on the day it only covered part of the room.

The building is very central and walking is easy. Parking for cars is also simple nearby. On the third day we found the bathroom linen we had left on the floor for a change folded and put back. If daily changes aren’t possible, that should be stated in the house rules. It was really absurd, never happened before. Also at arrival the bath kit (shower shampoo) was already used, and the next day it wasn’t replaced; I had to ask. When my 2‑year‑old daughter was showering the water stopped; it might happen, but I tried calling and messaging for help and never got a reply. Better not to drop anything under the bed…
