The location was perfect for my needs. The only issue was that the room only had soft pillows, with no firm option.

“Great stay. Would be our first choice if staying in the central area again.”

The front office staff were very friendly and helpful, ready to chat and answer our questions. The only downside was the pillow selection; I had the soft ones and it would help to have a firmer option available.

“Will not stay there again. Access to parking n check in lobby at 7th floor is extremely difficult.”

Checking in at the lobby was fine, but parking on the 7th floor was terrible and hard to access.

“Acceptable standards”

The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. However, room 2016 had unpleasant linen and a noticeable sweat smell on the pillows, indicating the covers or inner pillows need a deep clean or replacement. Additionally, the glass door in the shower room was faulty and didn’t function properly.
