Spot on location, the facilities were spotless and everything was organized. Breakfast was hearty. The downside? The heated pool only works when the sun is strong—on cloudy days it’s just cold water. Plus the blankets looked a bit dirty, so I wondered if they’re washed each stay.

The staff were super attentive, the garden was well cared for, the jacuzzi was great, and breakfast was made with care. But the room was dusty and dirty when I arrived, the light was burned out, the TV remote didn’t work, there were spider webs, and the AC and fans were dirty.
