I have nothing positive to mention; the reservation was changed without warning about price differences, the breakfast fruit tasted off, the hotel tried to apply a front‑desk rate to a correct booking, and when they switched my double‑bed room to two singles—what I actually needed—they didn’t tell me the price would rise and then charged an outrageous fee.
