The property sits in a fairly isolated spot a little outside the Roccamorice village, in a completely quiet area, making it a great base for hikes on the Majella. The staff were very kind and helpful, even for late arrivals.

Peaceful rest in nature, close to several hiking trails. The kitchen was excellent. The room had no TV and lacked a mini‑fridge, which I found essential for summer. The dinner price of €3 and a 1‑liter water bottle for €3 seemed a bit steep for a place like this.

I really appreciated the warm welcome from chef and owner Pasquale, the stunning property set in a wonderful natural setting, his excellent cooking, and of course the sweet mascot Celestino, the house cat. Breakfast was good, though it could use a little improvement.
