Sarah was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, delivering outstanding service throughout. The room was spotless, modern, and well‑maintained, all looking brand new and fresh. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming—truly great service and excellent accommodation, highly recommended!

The location was fine, but the bed only had the lower sheet on it, and we had to put the sheet on ourselves; the comforter had stains, the pillow was very uncomfortable, the shower was dirty with black wall seams and a limescale‑filled tap. Breakfast had croissants that were dry and hard.

The property sits just minutes from Tirana’s center and the airport bus stop. Breakfast can only be taken after 9 am, which is a bit late for visitors or business travelers. I also hope they fix the issue where the TV cannot receive Albanian channels and only works with YouTube and Netflix.
