The location of the apartments is great. The place is very clean. The room lacks enough power outlets. The mattress is not very comfortable. In the kitchen it is practically impossible to have breakfast unless you purchased breakfast with your stay. One of the nightlights was not working.

The welcome was courteous, the room was comfortably simple, and the unexpected breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It would have been useful to have instructions on how to turn on the TV—it's a bit complicated! The hot water in the shower comes and goes, which is uncomfortable while showering. The toilet's plumbing is very noisy.

The location is great in the heart of Vomero, close to the metro and funicular; the room was clean and quiet. However, the description on Booking split rooms into city view and courtyard view. I chose city view, but at check‑in I was told they all face the inner courtyard. The price summary listed 105 euros, but 116 euros were charged as shown in the earlier screenshot. These discrepancies need to be fixed. The air conditioning is noisy.

The room overall looks nice, but we had no hot water – the shower only lasted about two minutes before it turned cold, and there was a strange noise in the bathroom when we used the toilet that we couldn’t identify. We also didn’t get a warm welcome; a little less arrogance and more patience would be good, especially since not everyone is a tourist in Naples and people come for different reasons.

The location and politeness were great, but breakfast wasn’t included and the soundproofing was weak.
