The city view was nice, but the hotel sits high up and getting there is a hassle—even a taxi struggles to reach that elevation. There’s no backup power, so a power outage means no electricity, no toilet use, no running water, and the lift stops working.

The staff were attentive and eager to help with any request, the room stayed clean, linens changed every third day, towels refreshed daily, the view from the window was breathtaking, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied. Special thanks to manager Givi for his warm, friendly attitude, and a huge thank you to Nino and Inge for the delicious breakfasts and heartfelt service. Everything was perfect.

The location is great, breakfast was tasty with a good variety, staff were always friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable and had a wonderful time, and we’ll definitely come back! The rooms could use a little touch‑up in some areas.

The location was close to the old town centre, but the hotel needs some work. I found bugs in my room, it was hot and hard to cool, the bed felt very firm, paint was peeling off the walls, and the supposed city view was blocked by trees.
