The hotel was unprofessional because on the day of check‑in they only informed me that the air‑conditioning in my room was faulty and wanted me to cancel, but after I got upset they said they would still let me check in and keep the room.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which seemed to cater more to the sex trade than normal tourists. The rooms were rented by the hour, and the street noise was unbearable, making it impossible for me to sleep. The room itself was not as clean or well-maintained as I had expected, with loose floor tiles and a generally unappealing atmosphere. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short after just one night, despite having paid for three days.

Unfortunately, the room I stayed in was in a state of disrepair, which was a major letdown. However, I was pleased to find that some of the hotel's policies were not enforced, which was a welcome respite. The condition of the room was a significant issue, though.
